Property data (price, area, description, photographs) is supplied by owners or prior agencies. Sigma makes reasonable efforts to verify it but does not warrant absolute accuracy. Before any purchase, the buyer is responsible for arranging legal due diligence through a registered lawyer.
3. Brokerage services
Brokerage fees are agreed in a separate brokerage contract. The standard fee for sales brokerage is 3% of the purchase price, payable by the seller unless otherwise agreed. The fee for rental brokerage depends on contract duration.
