What data we collect
- Contact data you supply through the inquiry form (name, email, phone, message) — used only to reply to your enquiry.
- Technical data required for the site to function (IP address — SHA-256 hashed with salt, browser, OS).
- Analytics data with your consent (sigma_consent cookie) — first-party analytics, no Google Analytics, no data sales.
Legal basis
Processing is based on (a) contract performance or pre-contractual steps, (b) legitimate interest of the agency, or (c) your explicit consent for analytics. The Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act is aligned with the GDPR.
Retention
- Inquiries and correspondence: 24 months from the last contact.
- Analytics sessions and page views: 365 days.
- Conversion events: 730 days.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your personal data. To exercise these rights please contact privacy@sigma.me with a copy of an ID document.
